FREE Delivery Within The UK On All Orders

To be able to offer FREE postage within the UK all parcels will be sent by 2nd class post. If you require your item to be sent by a faster trackable service please contact us for postage costs. 

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail but collection is also available at my shop in Shanklin, if this option is required please select local pick up at checkout and I will email you when your item is ready for collection.

Delivery within the EU can take up to 1-3 weeks and outside of the EU  between 2-6 weeks, sometimes there can be delays at the destination country customs clearing which can cause extra delays of up to 2 weeks during busy periods. If you require your item to be sent by a faster trackable service please contact us for postage costs. 

Some countries have restrictions on imports so you are advised to check on your local customs  website for this information as we cannot be responsible for items destroyed due to the import restrictions.

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the UK are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse an order because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

If your order is returned undelivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address or unclaimed from your post office a refund will be given less the actual costs of postage. 

Wherever possible I will use recycled packaging for my parcels, the gift boxes for the clocks and jewellery are manufactured from recycled card as is the tissue paper used.
