Description
These are made using old Brompton bicycle wheels, the width of the clock is approx 36cm (14″)
The first stage of the process is to remove the existing spokes and hub from the used wheel, the rim is then cleaned, the spokes are then cut and threaded to accommodate the recycled cassette sprockets and then the wheel is laced with the spokes. More sprockets and chain is then added before being bonded onto a silent quartz movement, a recycled valve is then put in the 12 o’clock position and the rim is finished with reclaimed handlebar tape or similar.
All parts used on the clock are recycled and reclaimed with exception to the clock movement and hands.
The clock is lightweight and can be mounted onto the wall with a suitable screw or nail using the hook on the movement.
Comes in a gift box.

It will be shipped without a battery to comply with postal regulations, requires 1 AA battery.
